While I have never owned a jewelry store I have been in plenty. Also, my grandfather was a very well-known architect that used to specialize in designing retail businesses and jewelry stores. One of the things he used to do for stores that had high-end products like jewelry, was to place a window frame to the outside of the store so that customers could "peak" in when they were walking past. You would be really surprised as to how many people this little trick can reel in! Besides using something such as a window display, you can also use a glass showcase in the actual store - this is great for shiny, beautiful pieces of jewelry.

A lot of these showcase or store displays will also have halogen lights inside of them as well which is perfect for the jewelry because it stimulates the eyes even more the way the light hits off of the products. It's all about visually pleasing your customers. These streamline showcases can also be placed in a row on both sides of your store, somewhat like a pathway from the very beginning of the store where the door starts and all the way back to the back of the store.

This just leaves a much more professional and aligned look to the way the jewelry showcases are set up. These are very sturdy store displays – the glass won't crack or shatter and if it would perhaps break it won't shatter into a million tiny pieces like glass that isn't treated - another major plus!
